Business Development Executive
-Driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts.
-Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities; setting up and attending meetings
-Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
-Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
-Promote the company’s new products/services addressing and predicting clients’ objectives
-Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
-Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
-Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
-Overseeing the development of marketing literature including proposals
-Drafting and reviewing contracts
-Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
-Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
-Proven sales track record
-Experience in customer support is a plus
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
-Market knowledge(Health Sector)
-Stakeholder management skills
-Communication and negotiation skills
-Ability to build rapport
-Time management and planning skills
-BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
