ValueFronteira Limited – Our client, a law firm in Lagos is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Responsibilities

-The front desk officer will report to the admin manager and will work closely with finance to ensure smooth office operations on a daily basis.
-Receive clients and visitors.
-Provide administrative/secretarial support as and when needed.
-Manage office supplies and be responsible for inventory.
-Receive and record incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements

-First degree in a relevant discipline.
-1 – 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
-Excellent verbal and written skills.
-Document control skills.
-Customer service orientation.
-Schedule management skills.
-Effective communication skills
-Computer skills including MS Word.
-Candidates should reside around Lekki, Lagos.
-Salary: N65,000 – N70,000 Monthly.
