Technical Assistant to the CTO
Roles / Responsibilities
-Analyze products / features from the business objectives, user needs, and brand direction. Collect the related data, interview users and then issue a requirements document.
-Interface design and Prototyping
-Design wireframes and prototypes for features or products and manage the approval of same prior to implementation
-Assist in developing, communicating and updating process and policies for the technology teams, and driving adoption of same across the organization
-Prepare and send periodic reports to specific stakeholder
-Track record of driving initiatives to benefit realization, even if it is on a small scale
-Excellent User Experience (UX) design, wireframing and Prototyping skills
-Can work with minimal supervision
-Technically inclined. A degree in Computer Science or technology policy management or User Experience Design and related fields is preferred
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently and has good time management skills
-Eye for details
-Can work well under pressure and deadlines
-Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet tools
-Proficiency in technical writing and ability to read and understand technical documentation
-Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (like Figma)
-Good interpersonal skills and team management and motivation skills
-One year of experience in a very similar role.
